finding forever home

it’s our hope is to find a building we can call our own. a place where neighbors can quickly become family.

belong before you believe

our home will always be a place where you can belong before you believe.

for richmond

our home will be a place where we will be dedicated to the empowerment of our city. we envision a space for us to extend our reach for jesus in this city, Richmond.

faith together

we believe that exploring faith together, is better.  our forever home will be a place that people can gather and find a safe space to grow.

a note from our pastor

We all want a place we can call home. A place where we can walk through the doors and feel safe, as though you’re a part of something that is constant in an inconsistent world. Home gives us the ability to be good neighbors, to open our doors for people to receive care. The reality is that many of us don’t have the luxury of a constant home. That’s why Center Church exists, our hope is to be the home for people all over Richmond in search of something more.

For Center Church, finding a place we can call our own home is imperative to fulfilling our mission to empower people towards a life-giving journey with Jesus. This is why we have officially begun our search. While we look for our Forever Home, we are preparing by saving 10% each month, but we need your help.

Our goal is to raise $40,000 to go towards a downpayment when the time comes. Whatever we raise, 30% will be donated to Building a Better RPS, Arrabon, and Friends Association for Children. That will hopefully be $12,000 going directly to our nonprofit partners doing transformative work in our city.

You can be a part of this by donating above and beyond the church or local nonprofit you’re already giving to. We want to invite you to participate in people finding their home, by empowering Center Church to find a permanent place we can call our Forever Home. Home is where we can spread love throughout this city.

To give online simply scroll down and make a pledge. You can also mail a check to 310 North Adams Street, Richmond, VA 23220 with “Forever Home” in the memo.

Thank you for your partnership and being for Richmond!
